French Onion Sauce and Dip

 

1/2 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup almonds
½ cup water
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup caramelized onions
1 garlic clove, peeled
½ teaspoon sea salt

Place the cashews, almonds, water, olive oil, caramelized onions, garlic, and salt in a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth and creamy.
