Avocado Crema
- 1 medium avocado, medium
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth, scraping sides down as needed.
Avocado Crema may be made 8 hours ahead of time and refrigerated in an airtight container with plastic wrap pressed directly to the surface of the crema.DAIRY FREE AVOCADO CREMA
- 1 large avocado
- 1/4 cup canned full fat coconut milk
- 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Use immediately. I recommend pouring into a squeeze bottle and serving from there.
